Randy Lawrence brings a rare combination of institutional finance expertise and hands-on real estate experience. Before heading up the vision at Prosperity Capital Partners, Randy spent over a decade as a professional money manager, holding Series 7 and 65 licenses and advising high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. He successfully built and sold his own wealth management firm—gaining deep insight into portfolio construction, risk management, and capital preservation.
That background shaped his conviction: real estate, when executed with discipline and operational control, offers unmatched risk-adjusted returns and long-term value.
Over the past 20+ years, Randy has applied that philosophy to build a $400MM+ multifamily portfolio, earning the trust of private investors, family offices, and institutional partners alike.
His dual perspective—as both a capital markets professional and an experienced operator—makes him uniquely equipped to steward institutional-grade capital with care, consistency, and alignment.

Sara Jo Lawrence is a founding Principal at Prosperity Capital Partners, with a background spanning corporate operations, education, and nonprofit leadership. A 4.0 graduate from the University of South Florida, she’s known for her precision, communication skills, and strategic insight. Sara Jo has held leadership roles at Barnes & Noble, Sylvan Learning, and served as a private school Principal. Her clarity and attention to detail continue to shape the firm’s operations and investor relations.
